Basement Finishing Before & After Photos

Our team upgraded an already finished basement for a homeowner in Newburgh, NY using our water-resistant basement finishing products. We replaced the carpet with our ThermalDry Floor Tiles and the bottom portion of the walls using our EverLast Finished Wall Restoration System. Now if water ever makes its way into the basement, the homeowner does not have to worry about these products succumbing to water damage. They are designed to last in a basement for years to come! 

Our team member transformed the damaged concrete floor inside this small room within a basement by using our ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring. The beautiful pecan color gives it the appearance of a wood plank floor, but without all the issues that come with it. This flooring is water resistant and will never rot or swell like wood does if it comes in contact with water. Now this homeowner has a floor made to withstand a basement environment for years to come!

When it was time to finish this basement the homeowner researched what were the best products to use in a basment environment, they chose the Total Basement Finishing System above all else. Here we installed an Egress window, a full bathroom and some storage with a new laundry room.

We used the Everlast Finished walls, a new linen ceiling and the ThermalDry Elite flooring, we also used the ThermalDry floor tiles in the bathroom. To finish it off we replaced the basement stair treads with a new stained oak tread.

We replaced a homeowner’s failing basement entryway with a solid and reliable entryway instead. This entryway is completely constructed using steel and features a weather resistant design. It can handle snow loads and does not have weak bolts that will rust or leak. The old entryway was rusting away, but this new steel entryway and stairs will last for years to come!
