This is a home that was purchased and had a SONYMA rehab loan by M & T Bank, this was where the customer buys the home and has special financng to do some repairs to be able to get into the home.

We did all new Gutters and a complete basement waterproofing system.

We finished a basement in Middletown, NY with a full bathroom and an area to add some kitchen cabinets at a later date.

A homeowner in Middletown, NY had a tiny dirt crawl space in their house that they wanted to seal off from the exposed earth. Our specialist proposed covering the crawl space in our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This 20-mil reinforced polymer liner comes with a 25-year warranty against rips and tears and acts as a vapor barrier inside your crawl space. Its multiple layers of plastic make it flexible and puncture resistant. With this system in place, moisture and water vapor can no longer make their way inside your crawl space. Underneath it, we also installed our drainage matting to give any water coming up through the dirt the ability to move around and to further increase the durability of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Once it was done being encapsulated, the homeowner was left with a dry and healthy crawl space!

This Cusomer is finishing thier basement in stages, Our first stage is an Egress window and a Sanidry Sedona. This will provide the needed exit from the space and clean, dry air!
