Basement Finishing Photo Album: Wall Restoration in Poughkeepsie

When the Boiler relief valve failed the basement walls were damaged. We replaced some 1/2 wall and some full walls. wrapped around the bar to blend that in.

After

Some of the 1/2 wall and the full walls installed. We used the Everast Wall panels and Chair rail. We replaced the floor with new CoreTec waterproof flooring. The Crown molding is a standard feature with full walls, and an option when we do 1/2 walls. We replaced the old rusty hot water baseboard covers and the homeowner will repaint the walls as neccessary.
