This is Awesome
When we were hired to do the work we had a list of things that had to be done to completely finish this basement and we mas=de some recomendations too. We recomended the removal of the subfloor before the finished floor was put down so to prevent the potential growth of mold and the smell of mildew. We had to do a lot of spackle work to fix the walls to get ready for paint, then came the paint. We used all pvc trim so we would not add to the organic products in the basement. By using our molding we helped the homeowner never need to paint the trim are worey about it in the future.
