Basement Finishing Photo Album: Holmes Basement

This basement was a wet basement that needed some waterproofing first. We used the EverLast unfinished insulted panels here because some of the basement was still sheetrocked. The homeowners decided that they wanted the option to paint it. We installed the Millcreek flooring still covered in all the pictures to allow the homeowner to paint them selves. We installed the SaniDry XP in the laundrty room and ducted it into the living space.
