As you can see the floor next to the door needed to be repaired prior to the new flooring being installed. Now we have a new floor that is waterproof and mold resistant.

This was additional area of the basement we finished that was used as storage before.
Adding some railing.
The home owner aske if we could use some of his left over materials from when the house was built. We needed to make some minor adjustments to use it but all went great.

These were high windows and we wanted to direct as much light as possible into the basement.

All the mess is cleaned up the basement is dry, and we can enjoy the other half of the house.
