Here is more of the 1/2 wall we replaced and the door to the garage which had to be replaced by building code.
After
Some of the 1/2 wall and the full walls installed. We used the Everast Wall panels and Chair rail. We replaced the floor with new CoreTec waterproof flooring. The Crown molding is a standard feature with full walls, and an option when we do 1/2 walls. We replaced the old rusty hot water baseboard covers and the homeowner will repaint the walls as neccessary.

We redid a post surround with the EverLast wall panels and new waterproof base trim. No need to paint here. Looks great over the CoreTec floor
