Egress Window
This basement needed a second exit, other than the stairs to the main floor. We installed a RockWell and a Casement window to exceed the building codes. We added a permanent seat because we could not get the window low enough due to some pipes. We installed the Everlast insulated wall panels the ThermalDry Elite plank flooring and Linen ceiling tiles with all LED lighting
Room before the Egress
This is the part of the basement that is now the room with the Egress Window.
Storage area
This room was added because everybody needs some storage.
Area of storage closet
Theis area with the dropped ceiling was the best area to utilize as a room for storage. We also installed the SaniDry Sedona whole house air system in there.
