Steps to allow new floor
The steps were supported by straps temporarily while basement was waterproofed, New floor was poured and CleanSpace applied to old walls.
New Everlast Sliding Window
This Everlast Sliding Window was installed to allow fresh air and if something needed to be put on basement.
Everlast Insert Window
This Everlast Insert window is a fixed therpane window which allows a lot of light in and is much more energy efficient than single pane windows
New Stairs
These are custom made steps for this home. We built a new platform and closed it in to make a small storage area under the steps.
